RFP Grant Application Deadline April 14

Request for Proposal (RFP) grants are given out by the Portage Health Foundation (PHF) to help support projects implemented by organizations to help improve the overall health and wellbeing of our communities. 

PHF completes their goals mainly by providing funding for projects, programs, and services offered by organizations in the community. These programs often address systemic health issues and needs, and risk factors in communities. 

The deadline to apply for an RFP grant from the PHF is this Friday, April 14.
