Return North Job Fair will Include Virtual and In-Person Events

The sixth annual return North Professional Career Fair will return again this November. The regional career fair seeks to bring back alumni, former residents, and friends of the upper peninsula back to the area. Return North invites local professionals and those wishing to relocate to the Upper Peninsula to meet with companies to learn about various employment opportunities. This year the career fair will offer an in-person event and a virtual career fair, for those that can not travel to the area for the event. The virtual event will be one week before the in-person Return North Career Fair. The in-person fair night will have locations set up in Houghton, Marquette and Sault Ste. Marie on November 17^th. Businesses that wish to take part in the career fair, will need to contact Jason Mack with the MTEC SmartZone. The Return North Professional Career Fair is put on by MEC SmartZone, the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) and Upper Peninsula Michigan Works.
