The Michigan Board of State Canvassers has rejected a recall petition of Governor Rick Snyder over the Flint water issue.
Detroit Pastor Angelo Brown’s petition has been rejected once before in his recall effort.
The board voted unanimously that the language of the recall petition was not clear or factual. Brown has accused the governor of not taking the proper action when high levels of lead were found in the Flint water system.
The city was under the control of an emergency manager when a switch was made in June 2013 from the Detroit Water system to taking water from the Flint River.
Brown says he will continue his recall effort.
