Narcotics police in the Upper Peninsula arrested a 60-year-old Rapid River man Tuesday on cocaine charges. The man is charged with two counts of Delivery of Cocaine and one count of Conspiracy to Deliver Cocaine. This arrest was part of an investigation that resulted in the arrest of a 62-year-old Kent County man in Rapid River on May 23 for Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine. Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team detectives say the arrests are part of a three-month long investigation. The case has been sent to the Delta County Prosecutor for review. Additional charges and arrests are possible and no names are being released at this time.
