Range Bank Announces New Houghton Office

Range Bank groundbreakingHoughton, MI:   Range Bank is pleased to announce the groundbreaking for a new Range Bank office in Houghton. The new office, designed by U.P. Engineers & Architects, Inc., will be located next to the current Range Bank office off M-26 in Houghton and is anticipated to be complete by the end of 2016 by Gundlach Champion Inc., the general contractor for the project.

Range Bank 3-d renditionAt 3,900 square feet the new Houghton office will offer two drive through lanes and three teller windows as well as an onsite drive-up ATM. The office will also continue to offer a full suite of banking services including personal and business deposit accounts, competitive residential mortgage loan and business loan products along with Trust and Investment services.

“This new office is the result of the steady growth that we have experienced over the past fourteen years in the Houghton market,” stated Range Bank Senior Vice President, Jamey Markham. “We are excited to see the construction on the building begin and look forward to its completion by the end of this year.”
