Quinnesec Woman Accused of Hit-and-Run

A Quinnesec woman will return to court later this month on charges that she drove drunk and hit a construction worker on US-2 late last week. 34-year-old Andrea Drawski is charged with operating while intoxicated causing serious injury and failure to stop and identify at the scene of a personal injury crash. She’s been arraigned in District Court and has a preliminary exam scheduled for July 25th. Drawski is in the Dickinson County Correctional Center on $15,000 bond. Police say the construction worker is 54-year-old Kenneth Thompson of Saginaw. He was treated at Dickinson County Memorial Hospital and released.
