The Keweenaw Convention & Visitors Bureau has announced a partnership with the Michigan Economic Development Corporation and Travel Michigan to create a Pure Michigan advertising campaign, highlighting the Keweenaw Peninsula. And as always, Tim Allen will be the voice of the radio ads.
The ads have already begun airing in the Milwaukee area. KCVB President Dianne Peterson says the campaign as well as the entire Pure Michigan push will take people to their website where they can learn more about the Keweenaw Peninsula.
Peterson adds that research showed that Milwaukee would be an ideal spot to bring in more tourism towards the Keweenaw.
