A pretrial will be held today in Baraga Circuit Court for the two suspects who were allegedly involved in an armed robbery this past summer. Bernard Fish and Donavan Waupoose allegedly robbed two Watton residents at gunpoint while posing as U.S. Marshalls back in August. The pair faces a number of charges, including extortion, unlawful imprisonment, and impersonating a peace officer to commit a crime. Waupoose and Fish both pled not guilty to the charges. A motion hearing last month combined both trials which are scheduled to take place on April 14th.
