New polling numbers show that if the presidential election were held today, Republican presidential candidate Ben Carson would beat Democratic presidential frontrunner Hillary Clinton in a head-to-head match in Michigan, while Clinton would win if the Republican nominee were Donald Trump.
The latest numbers from Denno Research found Carson with a two-point advantage over Clinton, and Clinton with an eight-point lead over Trump.
Carson currently has more support against Clinton with female voters and independents, but Clinton wins in both of those categories against Trump.
The poll was conducted among 600 respondents in Michigan between November third and fifth, 2015.
The survey has margin of error of plus-or-minus four percent.
