Organizers of the Pine Mountain Music Festival say they are trying something new this year, adding folk music to their traditional lineup of world-class performers.
Executive Director of the festival Tony Sertich says it was time to expand upon their classical and operatic format.
The 26th annual festival will feature folk artist Patty Larkin, along with the Bergonzi String Quartet, the Lake Effect Jazz Quintet, Ultimi: Three Tenors, as well as Upstarts!

Tickets are on sale now for the festival which features performances in Marquette, Iron Mountain and Houghton June 17th through the 26th.
