A group that wants to legalize recreational marijuana has delayed submitting language to a state board that has to approve petitions before they can be circulated.
An attorney for the Michigan Cannabis Coalition says they just want to make a few tweaks. The group hopes to resubmit their language Friday.
The State Board of Canvassers did approve language submitted by Protect Michigan Taxpayers, which wants to repeal the prevailing wage.
That law requires workers on government funded jobs be paid union wages.
