An Ontonagon man accused of four different felony counts is set to be sentenced next month.
51-year old Timothy Pietila entered a No Contest plea to charges of Attempted Murder, 1st Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct, Assault by Atrangulation and a felony Firearm charge.
Pietila was arrested by the Ontonagon County Sheriff’s Office on those charges in early February.
He’s scheduled to be sentenced on May 16th.
