According to the American Psychological Association, 44-percent of Americans feel more stressed today than they did 5 years ago.

And when you’re feeling stressed it’s easy to reach for some junk food.

One way to combat stress is to include plenty of mood boosting foods in your diet.

Oatmeal tops the list, according to dietician Grace Derocha.
