Northern Michigan University professors have approved a one-year contract agreement.
Around 80 percent of the union members voted in favor of the plan yesterday.
It Includes $1.5 million in salary concessions to help the university deal with the financial effect of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The NMU Board of Trustees still needs to okay the contract.
