Another lawsuit has been filed over the Flint Water Crisis.
The suit – filed by the same firm that represented thousands affected by pollution from the 9-11 terror attacks – accuses the Governor, his Chief of Staff Dennis Muchmore and the Michigan Department of Environmental quality of an “intentional scheme” to poison Flint residents in order “to balance the books.”
Monday, Governor Snyder said that despite several lawsuits, he’s just focusing on his plan to improve residents’ quality of life.
Snyder refused to say how much the crisis will end up costing Michigan taxpayers.
The suit seeks damages for more than 400 plaintiffs.
