MTU Sexual Assault Incident Update

The victim in an alleged sexual assault on Michigan Tech’s campus is now saying the incident happened off campus. MTU Public Safety says that the victim indicated the alleged sexual assault happened in the City of Houghton in an alley. No report on the incident has been filed with the Houghton City Police Department. The incident reportedly happened Saturday, November 15 between 8:30 and 9 p.m. when the victim was walking outside the Walker Arts and Humanities Center on Michigan Tech’s campus.
