Michigan Tech’s Applied Portfolio Management Program has won a national championship for a second consecutive year. Three MTU students recently competed in the investment competition at the Global Asset Management Education Forum hosted by Quinnipiac University in New York City. Cory Sullivan, Heath Johnson and Derek Menard were among more than 1,200 students from 140 colleges who participated. The APMP students at Michigan Tech learn their trade by managing a million dollars worth of investments through the Michigan Tech fund. The money was specifically donated for use by the program.
