The shootings at an Orlando nightclub are affecting communities far and wide, including here in the Copper Country.
A moment of silence will be observed today on the campus of Michigan Tech to honor the victims of Saturday’s tragedy.
The gathering will take place in front of the Husky statue at 11:45am.
Michigan Tech is also offering its students staff and faculty a safe place to share and express their feelings at the Center for Diversity and Inclusion or Michigan Tech Counseling Services.
