Michigan Tech Gets An A- In Survey Report

Michigan Tech is getting some high grades in a new listing of top public universities.

The website Niche says Tech gets an overall grade of A- based on key statistics and student surveys.

The university’s administration aced the report with an A and the school also received high marks for On and Off Campus Housing, Health and Safety, Technology and the Local Area.

Tech did not do as well in the survey in drug safety and student attractiveness.

The overall grade was good for third in the state behind the University of Michigan and Michigan State.

U of M was second overall in the county.  Michigan Tech ranked 69^th.
