MI Supreme Court Orders MSU To Release Student's Names In Police Reports

The Michigan Supreme Court has held that Michigan State University may not refuse to release names of student athletes in an investigation into college athletes who may have been involved with police.

The names had been sought by ESPN.

The cable TV network had asked MSU for a list of police incident reports, along with the names of student athletes who might have been involved.

MSU was disappointed in the decision, saying the court should have allowed the school to air their privacy concerns.
