With 2014 winding down, many people will be setting their New Year’s resolutions soon, and for men who want to work on fitness, UP Health System Portage is holding a special event next month. The sixth annual Men’s Health Tune-Up will take place on January 17th at Hancock High School. The event gives an opportunity for men of all ages to get expert advice in the form of two keynote speakers: physician Dr. Tim LaBonte and neurologist Dr. Christian Dinsmore. Wellness Coordinator Joni Erkkila says the event offers a lot of insight into many men’s health issues.
The cost of the event is $30, but space is limited. Registration will end January 9th. For more information, click here.
