MDOT App Now Available

Just in time for winter and holiday driving, the Michigan Department of Transportation’s popular Mi Drive traffic information website is now available as an app for iPhones, iPads and Android phones and tablets. The app is a free download from iTunes and Google Play. M-DOT says the new app offers real-time road and traffic information, including incidents, lane closures, work zones, message boards, camera views, and weather-related road conditions on I, M and US routes across the state. Officials say the app is faster, easier to use and easier to customize than the mobile version of the site. M-DOT has posted a video on its YouTube channel showing the new app in action.
