If you’d like to vote on the proposal to raise money to fix Michigan’s roads that will be on the ballot on May, you need to be registered to vote by this coming Monday. Secretary of State Ruth Johnson says you must be at least 18 years old by May 5th, and be a U.S. citizen. You also must be a resident of Michigan and of the city or township in which you wish to register. You may sign up by mail… in person at your county, city or township clerk’s office… or by visiting any Secretary of State office.
