Calumet High School and Aspirus are partnering for the 5th annual Mass-A-Cure benefit for cancer care this week. Funds were raised during last night’s girls basketball game versus Houghton and will continue tonight as the boys hockey team will face Houghton. There will be a jersey silent auction taking place, as well as t-shirts on sale that will raise funds for the Keweenaw Health Foundation’s cancer fund and then will be used to purchase patient comfort items approved by Aspirus Keweenaw’s Cancer Care Team. Tonight’s Mass-A-Cure game takes place at the Calumet Colleseum, with the puck dropping at 7 o’clock.
