Winter Carnival Snow Statue Competition Winners Announced

We’ll start this Friday off with the winners from this year’s Winter Carnival Snow Statue Competition.

This year’s carnival theme was “Discover What Shines From Prehistoric Times.”

For the 3rd time in the last 4 years, Phi Kappa Tau was the overall winner, in the month long competition.

Stop by their fraternity house in Hancock, to check out their winning statue “Dongson Fishing Village.”

Men, Women and Co-Ed made up the divisions for the competition.

The top three finishers in each division were awarded prizes.

Other First Place winners include Phi Kappa Tau in the Men’s Division, Alpha Sigma Tau in the Women’s Division and Sigma Tau Gamma and Alpha Gamma took the Co-Ed Division.

In the All Nighter category, St. Albert the Great won the overall award.

Men’s win went to the Society of American Foresters, the Women’s Division went to the Society of Women Engineers, and St. Albert the Great also took the Co-Ed award.
