There currently is no cure for Alzheimer’s disease, but a walk is taking place tomorrow to try and change that.
The Walk to End Alzheimer’s will start at the Finnish American Heritage Center with registration opening at 9am and the walk beginning at 10am.
The Alzheimer’s Association’s Phil Poutinen says the disease is more common than people think.
The walk raises awareness about Alzheimer’s Disease, and also raises funds to help find a cure.
