Volunteers Needed For Playground Builds

Volunteers are needed for a pair of playground builds in the city of Hancock.

The new playground structure at Terrace Park was successfully built when volunteers came out last month.

The city was also able to begin working on rehabbing the Terrace Park tennis court, which will be completed in the spring.

The city is asking for help for the builds at Third Street Park October 5th and 6th and at Montezuma Park October 7th and 8th.

Students from Finlandia and Michigan Tech will be taking part on that Saturday and Sunday but there is less help available on that Friday and Monday.
