Volunteers Needed For Playground Build In Hancock

The City of Hancock Recreation Commission is sponsoring a playground build at the Little League Field at the Driving Park in Hancock.

They are looking for community volunteers and baseball families to help out this Friday and Saturday.

The Houghton County Fair is being held at the fairgrounds this weekend so volunteers for the build need to access through the vendors entrance but will not gain entrance to the fair itself. Volunteers will only be able to access the building site and will have to go through the main gate to enter the Houghton County Fair.

Volunteers should report to the Little League Field area at 8:00 am both Friday and Saturday.
