UP Health System Portage is now offering drive through COVID-19 testing, at their Express Care locations in Houghton and Calumet, during normal business hours.
Much like other area drive through test sites, you can’t just pull up and expect to get tested.
You must first call ahead for a telehealth visit, for an evaluation.
If you’re considered a candidate for testing, an email with instructions to start the process will be sent.
In addition to drive through COVID-19 testing, both locations continue to provide care for acute illnesses and injuries.
