UP Health System Portage is taking a moment to honor not only their employees, but the millions of healthcare workers throughout the county, who have dedicated their lives to taking care of people, especially in their greatest times of need.
CEO of UP Health System Portage Ed Freysinger, had this to say about his employees.
In addition to providing top shelf care, UP Health System Portage is also an economic leader in the community, employing over 600 people, and sponsoring a number of community events and non-profits such as Camp 911, the Canal Run, the Great Bear Chase and the Keweenaw Chamber of Commerce.
