A trial is set for a Lake Linden woman accused of embezzlement from a family member.
46-year-old Susan Dulong appeared in Houghton County Circuit Court Monday for a pretrial.
She is charged with Attaining a Signature with intent to Defraud…punishable by 10 years in prison; Embezzlement of $1,000 or more but Less Than $20,000, a five year felony; and Illegal Use of a Financial Device, a four year felony.
Dulong allegedly embezzled the money from her father.
Her attorney said they are working toward a resolution in the case prior to the scheduled trial date in March.
