The Calumet Theatre will be featured in a Travel Channel show. The show is called “Most Terrifying Places in America.”
The theatre will most likely be one of several locations featured in an hour-long segment.
Theatre executive director Marlin Lee told us a production crew spent a day in Calumet this summer. They interviewed some local residents who have had spooky experiences, and focused on one of the grand old building’s most tragic moments…
They also brought actors, who dressed in period costumes, and added some local performers to their cast.
The first telecast will take place Tuesday evening at 10:00, and the program will be rebroadcast as many as eight times during the month.
