Trail Cam Theft Suspect Identified

The man who allegedly stole a trail camera and other hunting equipment from a deer blind in Negaunee Township in early October has been identified.

According to Fred Torreano, who had the equipment stolen from his family hunting area, the man is going to return all of the items he took, including the trail cam.

The suspect, who name has not been released, is presently under investigation by the DNR.

Torreano says the Marquette County Prosecutor’s Office is also reviewing the matter.
