Today is Tax Day.
It’s normally April 15th, but due to concerns over the COVID-19 pandemic, the treasury department extended the date til today, and Governor Whitmer did the same thing.
Michigan’s Treasury Department offered a few tips, to make sure your return gets to where it needs to go.
They include filing electronically, mailing paper returns to the correct address, keeping a copy of your return, and making sure your return is signed and dated.
