A Hancock man who has confessed to shooting and killing his mother will be sentenced in January.
Isaiah Strieter was 18 when he shot 38-year-old Ashlee Harvey to death last January.
He pleaded no contest to a manslaughter charge last month, and could face up to 15 years in prison.
Sentencing will take place January 4th in 12th Circuit Court in Houghton.
