Motorists will want to watch out for a slight detour in Keweenaw County next week.
The Michigan Department of Transportation says crews will be working to remove and replace a culvert on US-41 just south of the intersection with Central Road and Gratiot Lake Road, near the town of Central.
US-41 will be closed and detoured about 1,000 feet south of the culvert between 7am and 4pm Monday and Tuesday.
Traffic will be detoured along a country road adjacent to the work area and a vehicle will escort traffic along the detour route.
