Skipper’s Alley Coming To The Calumet Theatre

Wed., March 14 – Calumet Theatre celebrates St. Paddy’s Day!

Get in the mood to celebrate St Patrick’s Day with the Irish Band Skipper’s Alley performing at the Calumet Theatre on Wednesday, March 14 at 7:30 pm.

This modern Irish folk band specializes in gritty, high-octane Irish dance tunes on Uilleann Pipes, Whistles, Fiddle, Bodhran, Bouzouki, Flute, and Harp. Formed in 2013, the group has received wide critical praise, appeared on national and international TV, and toured on four continents. In 2014, they released their debut album which received critical acclaim and sold out several reprintings. Based in Dublin, Ireland, five of the six member group are currently touring North America and have a second album in the works.

This performance is supported in part by grant funding from the Michigan Council for Arts and Cultural Affairs and the National Endowment for the Arts.  Reserved seating tickets are $22 for adults and $14.50 for students with ID.
