While there are only a handful of local races on tomorrow’s primary ballot, the fate of several key proposals will be decided.
In Houghton County, voters will be asked whether or not to support a millage renewal along with a slight increase to support the Houghton County Veteran’s Service Office.
Both Adams Township and CLK Schools have bonding proposals on the ballot and residents in the Hancock Public School district will vote on a Sinking Fund.
In Baraga County, Baraga Area Schools are also seeking a Sinking Fund, while in Keweenaw County there are millage renewals for the county and veteran’s service, as well as Eagle Harbor Township Emergency Services and the Houghton Township Millage renewals.
Election results will be broadcast live on our Keweenaw Report Election Night Show on 97-7 The Wolf beginning at 8pm Tuesday and will be posted as they come in on our Keweenaw Report website.
