Salvation Army Seeks Ringers

With Christmas less than two weeks away, the local Salvation Army is asking for help.

Bell ringers are needed to power the organization’s annual kettle campaign through the holiday.

Kettles are set up this year at Pat’s Foods in Calumet and Hancock; Festival Foods, Tadych’s Marketplace, Walmart and Walgreens in Houghton; and Louie’s Fresh Market in Lake Linden.

Volunteers work two-hour shifts. You sign up online at RegisterToRing.com, or by calling the Salvation Army office in Hancock at 482-3420.

Gifts to the Salvation Army support local families during the Holiday season and throughout the year.
