They hail from Afghanistan, Egypt, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Laos, Lesotho, Mauritius, Morocco, Pakistan, Russia, Serbia and Montenegro, Togo and Ukraine.
The Fulbright program is run by the U.S. State Department. It’s designed to increase international understanding by hosting foreign students, and sending American students to other nations.
