With snow falling across much of the state over the past few days, the Pure Michigan winter advertising campaign has launched.
The $2.4 million budget includes national television ads on the Hallmark channel, along with buys in Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis and South Bend. The western Upper Peninsula will benefit from ads placed in Milwaukee, Minneapolis and Green Bay.
The TV campaign will be supplemented with billboards and targeted online ads.
