Prelim for Third Man Charged in Child Sex Case Delayed

The preliminary examination for the third of three Houghton County men facing child sex charges has been postponed.

27-year-old Jason Wesley Davis of Calumet was scheduled to appear in 97th District Court yesterday. The hearing has been rescheduled to April 11th.

The two others charged in the case, 21-year-old Kahleb Thorsson Senia-Wicks of Calumet and 34-year-old Jeffrey David Redd of Laurium, also had their preliminary exams delayed until next month.

All three remain in the Houghton County Jail, with bond set at $100,000 or more.
