Pilot Project Provides Free HVAC Maintenance System To UP Residents

Home owners with natural gas, forced air furnaces may be eligible to participate in this FREE pilot program to help improve the efficiency of home heating systems, saving homeowners money while also helping the environment.

Blue Terra Energy has been selected as the local contractor to install the Comfort Guard system to qualified residents. Comfort Guard is a revolutionary system that monitors your home HVAC unit for performance and problems. Information is then sent to your smart phone or smart device to alert you of any malfunction or performance issue.

This system is being offered completely free to the consumer as part of a pilot program from Efficiency United. To qualify for this program, you must:

–       Be a home owner, with a natural gas account and a forced air furnace.

–       Have a 24/7 wireless internet connection via a Wi-Fi router (no hotspots)

–       Have lived in your home 2 years or more, and not plan on moving in the next 2 years.

This is a time-limited program so consumers are encouraged to contact Blue Terra Energy as soon as possible to sign-up. There is an online form available on their website at www.blueterraenergy.com or call their office at (906) 487-5342.
