Northern Michigan University is introducing a new post-graduate level program.
The master’s degree in Administration of Outdoor Recreation and Nature-Based Tourism will be part of the university’s College of Graduate Studies and Research.
It will be delivered mostly online, with just two in-person summer seminar courses.
School officials say the new course of study is designed for individuals currently working in the parks and recreation fields who wish to advance to administrative positions, as well as prospective students interested in entering these occupations.
Classes will begin this fall. For details on the new master’s degree in Administration of Outdoor Recreation and Nature-Based Tourism, click here.
