New Director of Sales and Marketing At Gardenview

Gardenview Assisted Living and Memory Care in Calumet announced today that Lake Linden resident, Adam Gill, has been named Director of Sales and Marketing. Previous Director of Sales and Marketing, Trevor Corey, has been working hand in hand with Gill to assure a smooth transition, before he relocates to Minnesota to pursue new adventures.

Prior to joining Gardenview, Gill held positions in the insurance industry, working at Northern Mutual Insurance and Farm Bureau Insurance.

“I’m extremely excited to make this announcement, as Adam has shown commitment and dedication to helping the seniors within our community as well as surrounding areas. Adam, being from this area, really has a strong passion to give back to the community and is eager to jump into the senior living community world”, said Maggie Seppala, Executive Director at Gardenview.

Gill’s responsibilities will include assisting the seniors in the area, as well as their family members, to assure first and foremost they have the resources they need to be safe, happy, and healthy. He will be working along side social workers and discharge planners of our skilled nursing facilities for those that may have completed rehabilitation but may not be ready to return home. He will be conducting out reach to the doctors, nurses, and primary care providers to educate them on the services we provide and to provide a team like approach for the well-being of our residents.

“With the snow coming soon, and the holidays right around the corner, the need for our services increases tremendously and Adam will be a huge asset in helping families find solutions for their loved ones. He will also be assisting with events for our current residents as well as the public to provide seminars, workshops, and our highly attended WEB (women eating brunch) and ROMEO (retired old men eating out) events”, Seppala said.

“I am so excited for this opportunity to be apart of family here at Gardenview. The staff and all of the residents have all been so extremely welcoming! I’m looking forward mostly to helping the seniors of the area that I was fortunate to grow up in, as well as the surrounding area. I hope to bring some new and fresh ideas to the team and to continue with the great reputation Gardenview currently has”, said Adam. Adam currently resides in Lake Linden with his wife Clara, son Brantley, and they will be welcoming a new baby in March.

Gardenview Assisted Living and Memory Care has immediate openings for both their memory support and assisted living communities.  Families in need of placement or those that have questions about our community are encouraged to contact Adam Gill at (906) 337-0800
