Motorcyclists Ride To End Domestic Violence

It’s time once again for motorcycle riders to take a stand against domestic violence.

The 5th Annual Ride Against Abuse takes place Monday, October 1st starting at 6pm in front of the AmericInn in Calumet.

There will be a brief ceremony to support mourning victims, celebrate survivors, and reaffirm the struggle for a non-violent future.

Participants will then ride their motorcycles from Calumet along M-26 through Lake Linden, Hancock and Houghton to create an awareness of Domestic Violence.

The ride ends at the Chutes and Ladders Parking Lot in Houghton.

If you are unable to come to Calumet, you’re encouraged to line the streets of Lake Linden to Houghton to show your support for those that are riding against abuse.
