The Copper Country is welcoming a special quest in the world of finance today.
President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis Neel Kashkari will host a town hall forum about the economy in the Memorial Union Ballroom at Michigan Tech at 5pm.
Kashkari is a member of the Federal Open Market Committee, where the Fed sets interest rates.
He will give brief remarks, followed by an open-mic Q&A with the audience.
Provost Jackie Huntoon will moderate the Town Hall Forum, which is free and open to the public.
