Michigan’s COVID-19 Response and Recovery Initiative got a $1.2 million boost from Ikea.

This from Governor Whitmer’s press conference earlier today.

Whitmer also reminded everyone of the importance of a flu shot.

A media blitz sponsored by Michigan’s Department of Health and Human Services is also on the way.

Bryan Peters, CEO of Michigan’s Health and Hospital Association had this to say.

To date, Michigan has 97,660 confirmed cases with 6,397 deaths.
