Michigan Tech will be starting the Fall semester a couple days early.
Provost Jacqueline Huntoon explained why.
The break turns out to be a 4 day weekend from October 15th through the 19th.
Huntoon also spoke of other things the staff is doing, in case a second wave of COVID-19 hits, and they have to switch from classroom instruction to remote learning again.
Currently, Michigan Tech is in Phase One, of their three phase plan, to return back to Campus.
