Michigan Tech Makes Princeton Review’s Best Colleges List

Michigan Technological University has made the Princeton Review’s annual guide to Best Colleges.

The 2017 edition of 381 Best Colleges was released Tuesday.  Princeton Review, not affiliated with Princeton University, has published its Best Colleges guide annually since 1992.

Inclusion in the guide is based on 143,000 student surveys and input from college administrators and advisors, parents, educators and Princeton Review’s own 24-member National College Counselor Advisory Board.

Princeton Review does not rank the schools.  The organization, which is not affiliated with Princeton University, chose the top 381 from more than 2,000 colleges and universities.

The book does include “top 20” listings in 62 categories. Michigan Tech was ranked 15th in in the nation in a category called “Town-Gown Relations are Great.”
